Since 2011, I have been creating cakes for weddings and special events in Switzerland, Austria, Germany and England.
My reputation and passion continue to grow, as does my love for serving customers with quality and dedication. Being a part of creating great memories on a special day is a privilege. I work continuously to further develop my education and skills to ensure each customer receives the perfect stunning centerpiece. The passion for baking cakes combined with my personal style form the heart and soul of Gillian’s Cakes.
As a qualified Cook and inspired by top swiss Chefs I moved from England to Zürich at the age of 19, my passion for food and the joy and memories it brings are my driving force. Since those early days, I have gone on to further develop my craft, especially as a Cake Artist at the world-famous French Pastry School in Chicago, USA and with numerous other Cake Artists from around the Globe.
